well my friend is looking for a streaming pc , via xbox one and elgato but his budget is 1000 GBP,
everything is needed except mouse and keyboard ,
black colour scheme
+REP for anyhelp
but yeah just a half decent pc than can handle streaming via elgato , and maybe soft games

You don't need to spend anywhere near that much to stream some games from console.

That would be more than adequate for streaming from XB1 and doing some light gaming on the PC. I've even included a pretty damn big, and good SSD, so you could even easily save some money there. You could also save some money on case and even drop to 8GB RAM if you wanted to save some more cash. When you buy the motherboard, make sure to ask wherver you buy it from to update the BIOS so that it is compatible with Ryzen 2000 CPUs and APUs.
