I must say that PUBG should be free so that they can compete Fortnite as battle royale community is getting worst and crowded nowadays, developers are working on PUBG to make this game great but now many rivals are coming in battle royale genre, Battlefield V and Black ops 4

This is very true, something I never thought about while watching e3. People think battlefield and bo4 blackout will destroy fortnite, and although it will take some players, I think the real hammer is being dropped on PUBG. The game is way more related to cod, and I think it'll be phased out once these new triple a games come out, especially on console, no one will want to play PUBG's shitty optimization anymore.
