Im from the UK and ive preordered some games off of foreign stores is there any difference between the games , also is it better to download it from the uk store once its released?

No, they're region free games so they'll be in whatever language your console is set too, although if you do it with Chinese games I'm not sure.

Only do it with games you can also purchase inside your own region.

I doubt there is any difference other than price

Just make sure it's avaible in you're region then it should be fine
