My WiFi will randomly go out on my computer but not on my phone or PS4, I go to the WiFi settings and it says unable to locate any networks even though I have two different service providers in my home. I believe it's something to do with the WiFi card but i'm not sure. Any thoughts?

So 2 different service providers, are you sure the phone isn't getting knocked off the first one and then immediately connecting to the other one?
Also, is it possible to get an Ethernet cord to your pc?

Your deduction is correct as it will be your card , or more rather the driver used.

download your network driver again direct from the website first then:

start - device manager, network adapters, select your card, right click, uninstall driver (do not restart just yet)

Download ccleaner - easy to use here, install, open * use the cleaner section/tab but select everything except the last two boxes and leave your browsers all unchecked. run and clean twice.

Then registry just under cleaner, again twice, back up if you wish but i never have and have never had a issue

Now restart, windows 10 will install a driver, test it for 24 hours as sometimes they can work very well, any other os, use your correct wifi driver.

What you will find is that a conflict in the driver/s will cut the wifi out, i had it once with network cards and a power line both by tp link
