Hello everyone, I have been posting around a lot lately because i cannot get the vbuck method that chat posted to work. I used ibvpn off my phones hotspot and I get all the way to where i can buy the vbucks. every time i click buy i get something along the lines of transaction failed, contact Microsoft because they want to help get to the solution.

I used my debit card (visa) which my bank said they will not unlock my card unless i am physically there. I used my girlfriends debit card (visa), did not work. Then i went and bought a prepaid visa card (myvanillacard), and before I bought it i called the 1800 number, and the representative told me I should have no problem using the card in Argentina. If anyone has any idea on how i could do this please help. I reached out to "Chat" but I bet he gets swarmed by so many messages he did not see mine.

Use it off a laptop/desktop. Mobiles dont always fully connect to the Argentinian servers.

okay i will try, but, I wonder if i was fully on the server because xbox still charged my prepaid card multiple times (like $.15-.75 ) because "I kept trying even though the transaction kept saying failed."

You prolly wasn't when you think your connected geo locate your IP and ensure it says Argentina

Better just doing Brazil method it's much easier

Yes you do, you have to basically make M$ think your in whatever country you intend to buy the currency from so regardless of method you always need to be routing through the country either virtually or physically...

IMO method 1 is easier, it takes 5 mins max. Method 2 takes longer and costs twice as much.

No matter what country you use, you need a VPN. I would go with what Saxby said and try to do it on a PC instead.

I will try using the PC. My question for all of you who have got it to work, is are you using a credit card?
