Gaming and bodybuilding may not be something many people enjoy both either are usually a lifestyle but personally I have a balance where I can train and also enjoy my other free time gaming and on the tech game.

This post is for progress and to see who else is training

Current weights:
-40KG dumbells press
-90KG bench press
-100KG squats

Post what your lifting and current training plan and I'm also 80KG 8% body fat

I mean I excercise pretty often. I run to the fridge pretty often and run back to bed.

Serious note

I curl 35pounds
Bench 180pounds.
Squat 250.

I slowed down on the gym though

Pretty sure you're extremely off with your weight and bodyfat estimates, if you're below 5'10 then 80KG and 8% bodyfat isn't even possible naturally and your lifts would be much higher if you had that much muscle mass.

Anyway,

Bench - 90KGish, haven't tried a max in ages
Squat - 150KG
Deadlift - 140KG (My technique is awful for this, defo my weak spot)

5'11, 88KG 20-25% bodyfat probably

Have been lifting for almost 2 years now.

Bench (weakest point going to increase it next cycle) : 205
Squat: 375 (would've been higher but I stopped training legs twice a week because they got too big)
Deadlift: 495

Currently cutting but I'm around 16-18% bf

I'm sorry but how is 8% not natural you could hit 5 naturally with hard work. My lifts much higher this isn't true at all it depends which exercise is trained more frequently. I don't power lift I lift to improve my physiqe I have incredible muscle genes and my diet is perfected. I am currently 8% and guess what I was 5% before

You can get 8% bodyfat naturally no problem, that's not the issue. The issue is holding 25KG+ muscle at 8% bodyfat as a natural lifter.

When your body makes testosterone naturally, it uses cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty acid.

Once you start going below 10% bodyfat as a natural person (I.E you're not injecting testosterone and your body has to make it naturally) you're going to start using your essential bodyfats, fats such as cholesterol. Anyone naturally at 5% bodyfat is going to have the testostrone levels of a five year old girl and it's extremely difficult to hold that much muscle mass.

This is the winner of the IFBB 80KG bodybuilding class, and we can assume he's somewhere between 5-8% bodyfat.

You don't look like that. You don't even look close to that because you're not 8% bodyfat at 80KG.

You've been 5% bodyfat? This is DEXA scan tested at 6.4% bodyfat, so you were even leaner than this?

It's blatant when someone is bullshitting you,

"I have incredible muscle genes"

You have incredible muscle insertions? Testosterone levels? There's no such thing as "muscle genes" unless you're referring to having mainly fast-twitch muscles or slow twitch muscles in which case both have their advantages and disadvantages so that wouldn't be incredible genetics.

If you're telling the truth then show us a picture because there's no way in hell that you're that size naturally with such low lifts. I could squat 100KG for reps when I was 17 and weighed 65KG and my legs looked like sticks.

I have nothing against you but your lifts are too low for that kind of physique, simple as. To have that physique you'd have to be training Atleast 5 years and you should be squatting 100KG+ within three months. The two just don't add up.
