Try XRPC as number 5 as it could help and it makes no difference either way, since a lot of tools need xrpc

So you want me to put Plugin3 as 5. Most tools I cant even open for some reason. I tried project rebirth it connected to my rgh I tried unlock all, but didnt get all the titles and emblems

No although RPC is an updated version it sometimes requires both and since your 5th is empty you might aswell try XRPC there.

Then see if you can unlock all etc.

Well in the .rar you got the tool with it should have came with a plugins folder so just make sure anything in there is on your plugins, restart the console and try it.

Yeah I tried that could just be the tool or im doing something wrong because its been 3 years since I last modded lol. I have to figure out how to get some tools to open up on my computer
