Apple's App Store is about to hit 10,000,000,000 (for those of you not good with numbers thats 10 Billion) downloads.

The person that gets the 10,000,000,000th download wins a $10,000 itunes card.

There is a download ticker on Apple's homepage [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for those of you who would like to see how close they are.

In the last 2 1/2 hours there has been about 2,000,000 downloads if you would like to figure out how long it's going to take.

It goes for your Itunes account which is linked to both the app store and the itunes store.
