It was a Apple support email and after I opened the email it disappeared and a black transparent screen popped up with a bunch of green letters and it disappeared in to my phone towards the right of the screen..... so umm any thoughts or if you know what it was lol

You don't have the email anymore? If you don't, you can't figure out if it was a real email or not. Chances are it wasn't and you're going to be fine. As long as no problems are going on with your phone you should be good.

Remember, unless your iPhone is jail broken, it's extremely hard to get a virus, bug, rat, etc in an iPhone so it's not something you should worry about.
