Now when the latest iOS has no benefits what so ever yet. Literally a waste of time.

I believe Electra will only jailbreak up to 11.4 beta 3 and Apple are no longer signing any ipsw below 11.4 so I don't think you'll be able to upgrade to 11.3.1 unless you have your blobs saved. So if you enjoy your JB say on iOS 10.

You're saying there's no point in jailbreaking?
I'd wait to update to the latest iOS and stay jailbroken on the earlier one. No extra benefits to update yet. In a few weeks I would then go ahead and update..

I've somehow lost all my tweaks and apps by reinstalling cydia and idk how to get them back so I might have to restore my phone to 11.4.1

There's a beta out you can use anyway, if you can't solve the issue send me a PM.
