So I just bought the jester and when I go to customize it at the garage it' says vehicle can't be modified..

Anyone know why this is happening?

Worse comes to worse and you can't figure it out, the only thing I could think of is blow it up, and when you get it back from Mors, take it to the garage and see if that works.
