Looks great for a starter profile picture, but make sure your picture always stay relevant to what you stream mostly, like a tracer if i play overwatch or a battlefield medic if i of course play battlefield.

First of all, the text. I'd fill in the gap between the text and the outline with a very dark grey (almost black). Because right now, I think the outline looks out of place. After that, maybe put some subtle gradients over the text and outline, too. Those things would make the text "pop out" more, imo.
The avatar looks a bit dark, especially the text. How did you add those stocks (flames, etc.) to the avatar? If you just lowered their opacity, don't. Experiment with the different blend modes for each stock image layer and see which one works the best. If your stock image has a black background, the "Screen" blend mode would most likely be the most ideal choice. Just lowering the opacity of what you want to place on top of your image works, sure, but you're going to end up with an overall darker image. That's kinda what it looks like happened to your avatar. Or maybe this look was intentional?
Lastly, like what samule said, I'd probably get rid the text in the top left corner, if you can. If that's your watermark and you need it to be on the image, I'd make it less obtrusive, then.
There are a couple of other little things I'd change, but those were the things that stood out the most to me at first glance. But overall, I'd make the avatar a lot more brighter and vibrant.

I like this but... if that's a watermark I would make it less 'vibrant' as It catches your eye.
Only my opinion though. If it's a part of the image keep it
