I haven't had an issue buying. I bought $75 worth of vbucks on Thursday night for my friends as well.

Btw I recommend Nord VPN to everyone. They have a 3 day trial and I've used them to buy a lot of stuff.

Did this, it shows argentina. Are there any settings on Nordvpn you have to change? What are you putting for all the billing information( like the postal code)

Purchase and content seems to affect certain people. I'm currently hit by it and waiting for a solution. Was working perfectly fine two days ago and now its hitting me pretty rough.

Apparently it's been down for several weeks.
