Best thing to do, just talk to her. You will get into convo and she will mention if there is a BF. If you dont hear a mention of a BF just ask. "Dont want to be rude, but do you have a BF?"

Im now married and the first question I asked when I met her was if she had a BF, she did, but I played my game. In clubs in the UK a person comes round with flowers (in the north east anyways) He didnt buy her one. I did. He asked why and I said because this is my future wife. Blew her socks off and blew him away. That was 12 years ago.
