Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Obviously £350 isn't a lot, so you will be exceedingly limited on what you can do, unless you already have some parts on hand

£350.... honestly mate you're not really going to get anything decent with a budget that low, just try being patient and saving a bit more and you'll be able to build something that's actually worth it, not trying to be harsh btw just my honest opinion and from previous experiences especially when I was younger and just wanted to spend my money whenever I had it, definitely wouldn't recommend anything cheap.

Bollocks to that^, you can easily build a system to play CSGO for 350 squids. I built a system with an old i5 and a GTX 770 for less than £200, and it'll play anything at 1080p medium(or above) comfortably.

Or if you're wanting to buy new parts instead of used, then you could get a Ryzen APU. Not going to be as powerful graphics wise, but it's still plenty for CSGO.

If you could tell us what monitor(s) you'll be using, what exactly the system will be used for, and whether you want new/used parts, then we can help with a parts list.
