£70 left to buy a used GPU, which will get you a GTX 770 or GTX 960. Alternatively, HD 7950/7970 or R9 280(x) on the AMD side. You might even be able to find a used 1050Ti within budget, but most of the 1050Ti's I've seen have been around £90. The GTX 770 will perform on par with a 1050Ti, and would be more than adequate for you.
Since you're not comfortable buying a used motherboard, you'll need to buy a new CPU so just go with Ryzen.
