That part is incorrect, you only do that when pre-ordering the Note 9, when you pre-order that phone you had the option to choose between the headphones or the skin and the v bucks.. It's different when it comes to the Tab S4 (which is what I have). All you have to do is play 3 matches of the game then you receive the skin (not the Vbucks) within 24-48.. my question here is that am I too late in having purchased the Tab on the 24th and not sooner

I literally have ONE question that a simple "yes" or "no" would duly suffice..

I'm not asking HOW you get the skin.. I already know HOW you get it, as I've already stated in the post...... I'm literally asking if whether or not me purchasing the device on August 24th will effect me getting the skin or not. Simple "yes", "no", or "I don't know" is what I'm looking for
