I've tried:

- Switching servers
- Using a mobile hotspot and testing connection
- Both my live block and live strong are always disabled
- Deleting my KV and putting it back on

Any other suggestions?

Try setting your network settings back to default on your RGH & clearing your system cache.

i'm not sure if it was just me but i couldn't ever connect wireless. i had to be on a wired connection to get my RGH online. This was years ago but it's something to bare in mind and try
