Hi just wondering if there is a way to swap to US Netflix on xbox still?

If i had to guess, try changing your account locale to US, there may be an option in the Netflix account to set as american and you may possibly need to get on an American VPN to sweeten the deal.
A few years ago, if you changed your account locale to another country then you lost all currency on the account. bare that in mind before changing the settings. They may have changed that, i'm not sure, but read up on it if you decide to change it
