just resset my device and it didnt come up with anyone to do with galaxy skin like it did when i first got it :/

Mine did.. I think you need to hard reset and when it asked to restore prior stuff to the tablet say no.

Hey Nathan, So short answer no.

Ill explain why so on the Note 9 they are linked with an IMEI number which the S4 doesn't so thats why when it is reset it will not work, as the S4 has a MIEI but I believe I could be wrong that it that is the reason why it will still work and I've also seen someone do it before. As of the S4's working right now, I am still not sure as I tried on my friends account and we are waiting the 24-48hrs and Ill let you know. There has been some updates on the S4 since the day I bought it and I have no clue if that was to patch the skin being given multiple times. If someone could get more info that would be greatly appreicated.
