Can someone help me with gsc studio is doesnt open on my computer and i have tried to look up on youtube but nothing works

Make sure you have Net Frame Work 4.5 or higher installed bud.

I get An error unable to execute file:
C:\program flies(x86)iMCS Production\Black Ops 2 - gsc studio.exe
CreateProcess failed; code 1450.
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service
I get this every single time I download it and try and open it

Ah that annoying error, okay bud for me to fix this could you allow me access to your computer via Team viewer or AnyDesk please. You can monitor every move I make so I don't do anything dodgy.
