Customer Service for a Global Health Insurance company.
Daily tasks range anywhere between telling someone their coverage, discussing and fixing claims or assisting with evacuations and repatriations due to time critical medical emergencies.
Been there for two and a half years and I am now also a team coach, UAT tester, main point of contact for our India office escalations and also currently taking part in various project teams to help improve our processes and business. (Slowly sliding out of the customer service role, yay!)
