When i played rs3, money just flowed in from slayer mostly, when you unlock high slayer monsters (like airut's are around 2-4m per task)

The best will always be bossing though, if you have high combat stats and max gear, you can afk almost all the bosses in the godwars dungeon and probably come out with a 4-5m per hour.

T90 Degradable gear, you'll make most of your money back by the time it degrades anyway, ascension crossbows/noxious sythe/noxious staff
