when something or someone stresses you out, what do you do to get rid of it?

I personally like to rally my Clio 182 trophy cup car about, feels so good just jumping in the car, blasting your favourite music and just driving the country roads.

Usually I would just chill out gaming while listening to my favorite music.

i either listen to music or watch videos on youtube, for some reason that really relaxes me

I have to agree with you. Jumping in the truck and have the music wide open and cruising the back roads.

Usually go on a long drive to a spot I quite like and just relax for a while

I get stressed a lot and I thought playing video games would help that but that just stressed me out even more, So what I do now is just watch films or listen to music that's the way I get rid of stress.
