Hi there. I am fairly certain I want a 2700x and certain I want a Vega 64, but the other parts are up in the air. I love the way the G.Skill RGB ram looks but it is a little expensive. I am trying to stick to a 13-1400 budget but it isn't the end of the world if I go slightly over. If anyone has any questions/comments/tips on what I should add or change, I appreciate it very much. Thanks!

You're missing several necessary components and already over $1100, so is $1300 your budget for the entire system?

What monitor(s) will you be using with this system?
Do you need keyboard, mouse, etc?
Will you be overclocking?
What exactly will the system be used for?
