I think you should go back to school bro, at least get an associates degree, you can get financial aid, student loans, and junior college already is only like $1,200 a semester.

If you enjoy working there, I would stay there.

You can ask your employer if he gives you encores. Such as the bus ticket or gasoline money.

I let myself pay these costs by my employer and thus save at least 120EUR each month.
