Hi guys, currently trying to come up with a good build for a maximum of 1400 GBP (possibly 1500 at a real push). Need a Monitor, keyboard, mouse and operating system.. would want to use windows.
Pc will be used for gaming and streaming.
Would really appreciate any advice at all.
Cheers!

If you want it under £1400, just buy a cheap kb/mouse combo for now. You can upgrade those later anyway. The GTX 1070 is £365 on Amazon currently. Although I'd look at used GPUs maybe because you can get GTX 1080s for less than that very easily.
