Intel i7-9700k
360mm asetek 591LX liquid CPU collant system
GIGABYTE Z390 Gaming X ATX (crossfire) or should i go with SLI?
Corsair Vengeance 16gb (8gb x2) RAM
GEFORCE RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card
850 watt EVGA GQ 80 Plus Gold power supply
3TB (3TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

Personally I'd get a superclocked GTX 1080 Ti 11gb over the 2070 anyday.
and if you do go with the 2070, SLI would be kind of pointless in a sense.
Nice build overall though, as stated, I'd go with a 1080 Ti and then use the money saved for 32 gb RAM, but thats because I like my RAM slots to be full ;)

What? No? You can't go with SLI, the motherboard doesn't support it. Do you mean should you get a mobo that supports SLI instead? If so, probably not tbh. Although it would be a good feature to have for just in case I suppose, it's unlikely you're going to run 2 x RTX 2070's in SLI.

Pre-built by who? Is it someone buying the parts and building the system for you? If so, do you have free reign to choose components, and he's just charging a $100 building fee? There's definitely changes I'd make.

There's about a $300 difference though.

Ah... 2070, I was probably blabbing on about the 2080 after doing some research on it over the past few days

Yeah, 2080 just beats 1080Ti performance, but costs $800+, whereas you can find new 1080Ti's in the $700-800 range pretty easily, and used 1080Ti's for sub $500.
RTX 2070 just beats GTX 1080 performance and you can get the cheaper ones for $500ish.. which is basically the 2080's MSRP after the 1080Ti launched.. almost 2 years ago lmfao. Since 1080's are still around $500 though, the 2070 does make some sense over it. It's just that all of these cards are ridiculously over-priced still.

Thanks for the replies! Im super new at this.
im debating if i should do it through cyberpowerpc or attempt to build it myself.
Its just when i add everything up, cyberpowerpc still comes out to be cheaper then buying the parts and doing it myself.
With that said with my build,
what should I change or remove. I do want to save as much money as i can..
Thanks!!

I find that real hard to believe. If that were the case, then obviously buy from Cyberpower but I can *almost* guarantee you that it's not the case.

Can't really tell you with such little information. We have no idea what you'll use the system for, whether or not you'll be overclocking, whar monitor(s) you're using, etc, nor do we know your budget or currency(I'm assuming USD?).
However, a very easy way to cut costs would be to not buy an almost $200 case, a $500-600 GPU, and then spend $600 on a CPU+Mobo.

Thanks for the reply.
I just want a setup where i can play games like CS:GO and watch videos, etc. nothing too heavy
I want the build to last me a long time and I also want speed out of it. meaning when i open
browsers/applications, id like to minimize the load/ boot time.
Yes, in USD currency.
If you can advise me with a good set up under $1500, id appreciate it soo much. I really want to try and put it together myself. It would be so much of an accomplishment!

Sorry, you want to watch videos and play CSGO? Is that it? If so, $1500-1800 is a ludicrous amount of money to spend.
I'm assuming you have no interest in overclocking?
I'm going to need to know what monitor(s) you're using as well to be able to properly recommend anything for you.
