Streaming what? From consoles? If so, that's far more than you need to spend. No need to spend $100 on Win10, you can use it for free or buy a key cheap easily. Case and PSU are kinda trash. I wouldn't buy an MSI Armor card, they're low quality. Also, you can get an RX 570 for like $60 less and an RX 570 is going to be more than adequate if you mostly game on console. Also don't bother with the Corsair AIO.

Add a hard drive alongside the SSD if you need/want. Motherboard is maybe a bit higher end than you need. If you want to save money there, you can get a B450 Strix or AsRock B450 Pro4 or something, either of those would still do the job perfectly well. Could mayube invest in a better/nicer monitor, if you really wanted, like 4k, but again if you're mostly playing on consoles, you're probably not going to notice much benefit with that.
Oh, and if you want an RGB fan;

My apologies.
Yes I'll be streaming from console for now.
I may switch over to gaming primarily on PC in the future though.
Thank you for the run down and new suggestion. With your list I'd splurge a bit for a better monitor since my max budget at this time is around $1,200.
Thanks again, I'll defiantly replace some things.

Here it is with a 4k monitor if you're adamant on spending the $1200;

8GB RX 580 instead of 4GB 570 because I'd recommend just spending a bit more for an 8GB card at 1440p or 4k, and the 8GB RX 570s aren't that much cheaper than an 8GB 580 it looks like. An 8GB RX 570 would be fine too though.
