Ma mate gave me the 15th title the other day and i was wondering if u cud reset...im not 15th in combat training so can any1 help plz

Every person i've seen with it i've reported for cheating. One of the guys I reported got banned, and no he wasn't a friend, just some child ***.

Not that I know of, but I got suspended from my playercard for 2 weeks for it. Don't be surprised if kids like ^^ report you for glitching when YOU'RE ON A MODDING WEBSITE.
If you don't like the things we find skyhiqh, don't be a part of it. TTG is for those of us who appreciate mods and exploits. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to end the fun for people who do.
