Doing a build for a friend of mine, his budget is sub $1300. Here's a link to what I've got him so far. He wants to purchase the parts tonight, just let me know figured it's always best for a 2nd opinion!

I'd recommend a 240mm aio instead of an air cooler, if the case supports. I'd also recommend either a rx470, 480, 570, or 580. They all have 8gb versions for about $20 more. If you want to cut cost though there are cheaper monitor, keyboard, and mice out there. I myself bought the cooler master masterset 120 and you can drop the size of the ssd but it could be used to store the frequently used software.
