When I insert a game into my Xbox it won't launch.. ill tried two other game and have same result. How can I resolve this?

I guess your CD has a lot of scratches which cause difficulty to your lens to read the disc, try to clean it and then insert again and if not then your CD Tray is gone

It's the one.. My games aren't scratched and are clean. The games where able to launch after i restarted the one
