The ISO and everything worked right

Ok so whenever my friends pick 10th or 11th prestige it dosent give it to them and when I quit the game it says disc unreadable.

I have a mod menu and he is verified.

The Disk may be scratched Blow on it and wipe it off or the Coding for the ISO is Damaged or It might be a ISO for Zombies all and all try all the Following

It is a ISO for zombies it just wont give my friends 10th or 11th when they pick it
