I know this is going to sound stupid, but i have recently came back to The Tech Game community and the rep system has changed since the last time i was on here. Can someone please explain step by step how to rep someone?

Wow, thanks so much, i can't believe i didn't see this earlier. If i plus rep someone, does my rep next to the green box go down though?
