is there a fast way i can rank up in combat training ill + rep for help

Yes there is you can choose any game type for combat training using these steps:
1st you invite your friend to a player match
2nd you go to private match set game as ctf
3rd got switch lobbies to combat traing
4th then when you switch it you leav
5th then your friend shouldnt leave nothing he waits
6th you go to player match then private match
7 th you change game mode to CTF then go to options
8th set options to unlimited lives
9 th no hover over unlimited lives and your friend invies you
10th you will join his game still hover over unlimited lives he change to combat training
11th he starts it then when he start he leaves
12th when he leaves you press (B)
13th then you invite your friend
14th then you change map to nuketown and start it should be ctf

Please Rep and i will tell you how to prestige in combat training
