My jtag has 3 red rings, The secondary code is 0102, which is a 'Cold Solder Joint". Any help on fixing this? Will a reflow solve my problem?

A reflow wont help, I'd suggest re-soldering.

A reflow WOULD help, would give your box some extra months of life. Reball would keep it going indefinitely though

0102 could probably be solved by a reflow, and I have to agree with the posts above...a reball is always your more permanent solution and can provide a more indefinite solution than what a reflow can.
