i got $28 dollars onmy paypal and i cant send it to noone so what do i do bc i want to get in this lobbie

Ou have to be verified on paypal (have a credit card or bank account linked to the file) in order to send money, but you can recurve money. I suggest sending the account info to the host and then they verify it with there own information so they get the money. It's difficult, but works!
