hey please i really need help to get into a prestige lobby, went into a public match, then left and when i got back to the menu i was reset to lvl 1 and im negative 3,000,000 xp, also i cant join ANY online match, team deathmatch, free for all etc, cuz since im negative 3,000,000 xp im considered not a lvl 1, heres my proof vid with commentary, hd pvr.
