I imagine it may appear fishy at first because ur changing your password. if you feel unsure i have the answer:

GO to: xbox.com and when u are given the option to sign in, you will see (Forgot your password?)

Click on that and it will send you your password to that email. and since i dont have your email password i can't change that. and you cannot change email addresses only passwords, so there is no way i could scam you. and my lobbies are free so there is nothing to loose except maybe an hour or two on xbl while im prestiging you

If you are wondering how exactly it works (ill put this in easy terms), i modify blackops so that system link runs a modded player match game (giving easy prestige hacks and tons of codpoints, as well as legit looking stats, playtimes, k/d, etc)

The modded system link game is actually a modded combat training, meaning im not playing with real people but rather computers. So basically i have fun doing it lol
