in der riese ther is 4 radios or 5 there is a 6th and it says how the last man dies in the cauldrin thing it looks like a cauldrin its beside teleporter 3 i believe, and as you walk in beside doulble tap in the door infront of the teleporter there is two cauldrins go to the one on the left where the body is and you will see the ladder look down the ladder there is a hidden radio when turned on it tells you on how the scientists died using cyonide(spellin incorrect) he looses his pill and kill himself in the cauldron
and the one under the bowie knife everyone know where this i belive tell you on a new map and states it is over run and you must go there
i think it is callde the factory or courtyard not sure, but i belive im getting radios mixed up one tells you this info

and also there is a body outside the leve which you can shoot down or spam, if it falls you return to the spawn point and the little girl walk up with blood on her face and tell the dogs to fetch you, this is true i have done this already
