STOP posting these threads everyone knows how to do this, its been out for 18 months. your not the first person to post this. If someone wanted to do this there hundreds of vids on youtube and previous threads to do this.

YOU HAVE TO GO IN HORDE AND PLAY 1 ROUND TO GET 100
