Guys there is a Bypass i got from another user ooVoo
Put this as your Primary DNS: 67.202.81.137
and this as your Secondary DNS: 67.202.81.137
it should let you online good luck
ALSO
If you dont know what this bypass is it will let you on PSN without updating
