Abstract Brush to be exact Ive used them before all he did was
1.) Black Background
2.) adjust color to Cyan
3.) Select the Abstract Brush
4.) Use the Brush
5.) Select Text Tool
6.) Apply to the Canvas
7.) Select Font
8.) Type In SMURF
9.) Save

thats pretty cool 10/10

Yes, it's someone elses brushes, that they posted for the public to use on a community site. and I didn't just select one brush, click it once and then add the text, there's a number of different brushes in there, and i know i didn't construct the entire background myself, but it's not like i copied and pasted the entire thing and added text.
