I believe Tatsu24 is part of the launch team, but I was told by MS when I called to message her with my console ID and S/N and explain why I want them to check out the ban and a month after I messaged her thats what I got. I think its pretty shitty it took them a month to tell me why I got banned but then again its nice to know even know they always say "MS does not give out info on console bans".
