Why I dont like Treyarch

These are the reasons why I think Treyarch is the worst CoD Devoloper.
CoD 1 - Revolutionized the genre of FPS's. (Infinity Ward)
CoD 2 - Introduced the best/first console multiplayer. (Infinity Ward)
CoD 3 - A copy of CoD 2, only worse. (Worst CoD game ever, made by Treyarch)
CoD 4 - Praised as the best CoD ever. Introduction of KillStreaks. (Infinity Ward)
CoD 5 - Copy of KillStreak system. MP40 > Chuck Norris + Jesus (Treyarch)
Mw2 - Custom KillStreaks, some useless weapons. Titles and Emblems.
Black Ops - Poor hit detection.
- Poor maps.
- Poor balancing of guns. (Many, many useless guns).
- Poor matchmaking. (Laggy Connections)
- Poor variety of guns (Only four snipers and all the SMG's are the same.
- Sniping is useless.
- 2nd Chance is soo Gay. Since you are invincible for 0.5 Secs, its ridiculous in HardCore.

You're so right about second chance. It's annoying enough in regular gametypes, but hardcore is a pissoff because they can pistol you in one shot.

You forgot to mention that in Cod4:
Terrible Post-launch support
Mediocre (at best) DLC maps
Riddled with Bugs and Glitches that IW blatantly ignored
MW2:
No Recoil
No SP counter
Commando
Deathstreaks (Wtf?)
Killstreak Stacking (5 Kills = Chopper Gunner thanks to their system)
Infinite Enhanced Explosives
Easily one of THE most hackable games
Terrible Post Launch Support (multiple patches to fix ONE issue.. come on)
Knowingly released maps with bugs (here's looking at you Fuel)
Community Manager who knows nothing
Need I really go on? How you can say Treyarch is the worst one, is beyond me. IW clearly gets that award.

You forgot to mention in your post voltage, that treyarch created nazi zombies. treyarch also added bold action rifles WITHOUT scopes. they introduced the extended mag, and had better (less annoying) killstreaks/perks/guns (except the mp40)
Edit- They also had disabled noob tubes for the first 15 seconds or so, no spawn tubing, like in modern warfail2.

i think black ops is a good game to play with friends.

Trrey arch is way better than infinity ward.
Infinity ward let there game get hacked and did nothing about it. They ruined that game for many players who wanted to play legit and have fun. Not to play a game where they get cheated on by some 12 year old with wallhacks who think they are good.
At least trey arch is constantly doing stuff to stop all the ridiculous cheaters.
Your just mad because you most likely suck at the game and the only thing you had going for you was your dumb quickscoping which is so unrealistic.
I however agree with you on that last chance is DUMB as F(ck.

Actually, Im pretty good at Black Ops. I have a positive win ration and a 2.50 K/D. And with respest to everyone, it wasnt Mw2 being hacked, it was console mods AkA JTags. There would be a mad amount of 15th prestige Lobbies right now if it werent for Microsoft finally fixing it.
So its not actually IWs fault.

Yes, it is, they didn't do anything about the hackers. Resets/Bans or anything at all.
Plus, you are only saying the good things about the games you like, and the bad things about the ones you don't. nice bias view on things.
