so i got these turtle beaches yesterday and they worked fine until now. the game volume still works people can still hear me but i cant hear them chat volume is turned all the way up and still no sound can someone plz help if u no the issue +rep

i had the same problem for a bit all i did was turn my controller on and off a few times then it started working again

Just unplug all the cables then plug them back in

I had this with my x 11's, but i took wires out controller, and put back in it worked.. and they wouldn't work for a bit on one controller, so i changed controller then it worked..

try unplugging EVERYTHING. if you have wireless, replace batteries. now plug everything back in.

What Turtle Beach Have You Got? I Had That Problem With My X-41 But It Was Because My Wireless Connection Was Getting interfered.
