Microsoft will never look to kindly on anyone, I got banned on my main account which had over 40,000 legit gamerscore, legit 10th prestige on ModernWarfare 2, Cod4, World at War and then they perminatley banned me for having a blue skinned avatar which isn't really anything wrong.

If you try contacting them you get some dumb foreign person who doesn't know the English language to well, they put you on hold for 5 minutes to get another $6 from phone calls, if you email them you get an automated reply saying the exact same thing one of your friends gets.

I'm sick of microsoft, they are taking it too far with the rules and punishing people who haven't affected their community or products what so ever. I wouldn't join PS3 either, the controllers aren't as well layed out as the xbox ones.

Back to topic, the kid has a problem and gets his score reset just because he had too much? What's next... you reset DaleUK from his 50,000 legit gamerscore?
