in the main menu go to single player, options then turn aim assist off. play like it for a while & then turn it back on when you wanna play serious.
probably bad advice but ohwell.

and btw its probably lag.

What I do to help is switch my sensitivity up a few levels. So I usually play at 5 and then if I'm doing horrible I'll put it up to 8 for a few games then switch back down to 5. This usually helps me, hopefully it can do the same for you. Also, something I used to do when I played Halo (Yeah I know this isn't Halo, so don't bash me. It also helps me on COD) was move the right joystick in a clockwise motion very quickly. Now obviously don't do it out in the open or when an enemy is around but just try it and see if it helps at all.
