the way to get it to cancel, is if you call microsoft, tell them the problem, and they will sort it out for you. even though you dont have access, you still have the security question.

EDIT: Life sucks even more because the XBL account has recurring Gold Membership, which I can't cancel through xbox.com and it has 2 linked credit cards....
The thread I got scammed from was Forums/viewtopic/t=811057.html
If you have credit cards on the account he can get in a lot of trouble call Ms and tell them.
And you should look into seeing what you can do if you have too credit cards on that account.
I am pretty sure that's illegal im not 100% sure of it though.

Wow dude, Ring microsoft and tell them But say, my friend was on and he changed the password because he saw me type it in or something like that
