There is no point in deleting the profile and stuff on your xbox. Everything you do is logged. When you change the pass its logged, when something is bought its logged, when something is enters wrong its logged. If he reports you which he will most probably do jail time.

There is plenty of people here that said ahh you scam you fail blah blah blah , but if it would be you maybe you would do the same things THINK about it 30 sec : There is a FREE credit card on a dumb guys who gave you his info even if he know that he had his credit card so i'm pretty sure that many of you would do the same things as he did !!
My best answer for you would be to talk to him ,try giving him back his money or sent him msp points or you could end in jail for you did =(
Good luck

Batnjat wrote just delete it from your profile then tell him to try to log on to it but you could still get in trouble for buying stuff on this kids account y did you take it in the first place
Stop spamming on this post. I see atleast 5 posts from you saying "you could go to jail" on this post.
BTW, yes you're screwed. Nothing to do, if he tells his mom, she'll take you to court, you'll most likely get your console banned, and maybe even your IP logged to where you can't use XBOX Live with that IP. And probably fined >_>

JewishSniper wrote Ok so heres what happened
I fooled this dude who was maybe 12-13? That i could system link MW2. So he believed me and GAVE ME HIS INFO. Everything on the account is COMPLETELY changed. He said he would call Microsoft. But wouldn't they just tell him that it was his fault for giving me the info? It has a credit card on it that expires the 31st (tomorrow) and i bought 1600 on it.
What are the chances of me getting console banned or should i just delete it off my hard drive? I would've removed the credit card but it wont let me
What should I do?
Thanks,
So you used his/his parents money to buy yourself microsoft points? I hope you get console banned that is ridiculous.
